Privacy Policy

Your photo

Your selected photo is previewed in your browser and sent to Haomao when you start generation. We do not publish it in the public gallery. Only upload a photo you have permission to use.

Selecting a photo previews it locally in your browser. When you start a generation, your photo is uploaded to Haomao (haomaotoken.com) for processing. Do not upload photos without the person’s permission.

Accounts and payments

We use account details to associate credits and videos with your account. Checkout is handled by the configured payment provider; card details are not collected by this website.

Storage

Your selected photo may be stored in this browser for up to 24 hours to restore your work after signing in or checkout. Haomao processes uploaded photos and videos. Completed videos with reference audio are also stored in Cloudflare R2. Account access to completed videos expires after 7 days.

Video availability and deletion

You can delete a finished video at any time in My Videos. Download a copy before deleting it or before the 7-day retention period ends if you want to keep it. Deletion does not refund credits. Limited transaction and task records are retained for accounting and payment disputes.
