The service

Bby Wow Guy AI is an independent tool for AI-generated video remixes. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original creators or TikTok. Results are synthetic and may vary.

Photo permission

Use only a photo of yourself or another consenting adult. Do not submit photos of children, use the service to impersonate others, or create misleading or abusive content. Identify shared outputs as AI-generated.

Credits

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits are deducted when a generation is submitted. The required amount appears before submission. These packs have no expiry and are not subscriptions.

Media rights

You are responsible for having permission to use uploaded media and for following the destination platform’s rules when sharing. Buying processing credits does not grant rights to the original performance or audio.

Availability

The generator displays current availability and credit costs. Processing times vary with demand. If you close the page, return to My Videos to check progress and finish preparing your download.

Acceptable use

These rules apply to uploads, prompts, face swaps, generated videos, and sharing through the service. Do not create, request, upload, or distribute any of the following content, or attempt to bypass safety controls:

• Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit content, nudity, sexual acts, or non-consensual intimate imagery, including synthetic imagery.
• Violence / gore: graphic injuries, mutilation, torture, extreme violence, or content that encourages violent acts.
• Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes discrimination against people based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Child unsafe content / CSAM: any sexualization, exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of minors, including fictional or AI-generated child sexual abuse material. Photos of children are not permitted.
• Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive or non-consensual depictions of real people, identity misuse, or false endorsements. Face swaps are permitted only with your own photo or a consenting adult’s photo, without deception or abuse; shared results must be identified as AI-generated.
• Copyright / trademark infringement: media, music, logos, or other protected material used without the necessary rights or a lawful basis. Purchasing credits does not grant third-party intellectual property rights.

Enforcement actions

Depending on severity and repeated violations, we may reject or stop generation, remove or restrict access to violating content, warn users, suspend access during review, or terminate accounts. Where permitted by law, credits obtained through fraud or used for prohibited activity may be revoked; credits already consumed for violating activity are not refundable. Unused legitimately purchased credits and confirmed technical failures remain subject to our refund policy and applicable consumer rights.

Reporting and appeals

To report prohibited content, a rights violation, or appeal an enforcement decision, email support@bbywowguyai.app.

Include the generation ID or content URL, the reason for your report or appeal, and relevant context or proof of rights or consent. Do not attach illegal material or child sexual abuse imagery. We may request additional information to investigate.

Content moderation

We review reports and suspected violations against these rules, considering available content, task records, and evidence of rights or consent. We may restrict access while investigating, request clarification, and remove content or apply account measures when a violation is established. We communicate the outcome to the reporter or affected user when appropriate and legally permitted, and review appeals with any additional evidence. We cooperate with competent authorities and report illegal content when required by law. Review does not guarantee that every violation will be detected before generation or sharing.

Disclaimers and liability

AI-generated results may differ from your expectations and may contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or inconsistent likeness and motion. We do not guarantee a particular aesthetic, accuracy, suitability, or outcome. Review results before using or sharing them.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, network failures, and third-party AI provider outages, queues, or processing delays may interrupt or delay service; completion times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Confirmed failed generations and refund requests are handled under our Credits & Refunds policy.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the service or reliance on generated results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

Credits & Refunds

Term and termination

These terms apply while you use the service. You may stop using it at any time and contact support to request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, fraud, or legal requirements, and remove violating content. Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination; you may appeal through the email above. Account closure does not automatically refund consumed credits. Remaining balances and refund eligibility are reviewed under our Credits & Refunds policy and applicable law. Provisions concerning media rights, liability, and outstanding obligations continue where applicable after termination.
