Failed generations

Credits reserved for a generation are returned when a failure is confirmed. For a task still being processed or checked, follow its status in My Videos or contact support for help.

Delayed generations & support

If your video is taking longer than expected, contact us at support@bbywowguyai.app. Include your account email and generation ID so we can check its status. We will respond within 2 business days.

We check delayed generations to confirm their status. If a generation is confirmed as failed, its credits are returned to your account.

Successful generations

AI results vary. For a completed video, concerns about appearance are reviewed separately from technical failures. Contact support with your generation ID and a description so we can review your result.

Payments

Generation credit returns restore your account balance. For a payment refund, contact support; we review the order and credit usage in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
